Since 1950, the family owned Sea Aire Motel has been a favorite destination of numerous Florida visitors. The charming one-story oceanfront motel was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. While it boasts an excellent location near major Central Florida attractions, the Sea Aire Motel retains the vintage atmosphere of "early Florida," surrounded by flowery gardens and perennial sea breeze.

Seashore Location

Walk outside your guest room, past the sand dunes and sea oats, and within a few steps you're on the beach. The wide, sandy beach invites our guests to enjoy miles of uninterrupted seashore. It is perfect for family activities - building a sandcastle, taking a long walk, spreading a blanket for a picnic, beach-combing, or simply wading through the soft, rolling surf.

During the daytime, the sun and the ocean beckon. In the evening, the peace and tranquility of the Cocoa Beach community take over. An outdoor barbecue under our covered pavilion is a popular evening activity, as is indulging in romantic moments on the swings.

The Sea Aire Motel offers 16 comfortable, air conditioned efficiencies, 12 directly on the beach, with scenic views of the seashore. Picture windows offer unsurpassed views of the beachfront and the landscaped pavilion.

Housekeeping is self-service, and fresh linens are available daily. A guest laundry is also available for your convenience.

Spaceport USA, home of the United State's space shuttle program, is less than 15 minutes away. Sharing a common boundary with the shuttle launch facilities is the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, a nature sanctuary for more than 250 species of birds.

Cocoa Beach provides fine surf-casting for a variety of shallow water marine species, and Sea Aire's beach is no exception. The nearby Canaveral Pier, is a man-made jetty that reaches 825 feet into the Atlantic Ocean. Charters for deep sea fishing and guide service for fresh water angling can be arranged.
